We didn’t know it at the time but our having Jillian as our realtor was the best thing that could have happened to us. We were fortunate to have her help us find our next home. We, consisted of myself, my woman friend and her 20 year old daughter. Each of us had conflicting ideas of what we wanted in a home. We probably spent about 3-4 months looking for “our perfect home”. Jillian found us beautiful homes but we really didn’t even know where we wanted to live. We visited Carrollton, Frisco, Allen, Plano and found beautiful houses. So even though we put contracts on a few houses, we backed out of those because of our last minute indecisions. We even gave up some earnest money in the process.
