We didn’t know it at the time but our having Jillian as our realtor was the best thing that could have happened to us. We were fortunate to have her help us find our next home. We, consisted of myself, my woman friend and her 20 year old daughter. Each of us had conflicting ideas of what we wanted in a home.
We probably spent about 3-4 months looking for “our perfect home”. Jillian found us beautiful homes but we really didn’t even know where we wanted to live. We visited Carrollton, Frisco, Allen, Plano and found beautiful houses. So even though we put contracts on a few houses, we backed out of those because of our last minute indecisions. We even gave up some earnest money in the process. All the time, Jillian had a smile on her face and willingly continued with us as clients.
We were terrible clients. We cancelled appointments at the last minute. We contacted her when we wanted to look at a home that we saw in an internet search. All the time, Jillian had her smile and put up with our indecisions and accommodated us even if it was an inconvenience for her. She is an angel, and anyone who uses her as their agent is lucky.
Jillian is a very professional realtor. Before visiting any house, Jillian would research it and have available for us specifics about the house and its location. She saw things about the houses that we overlooked. We really needed her help. She took care of all those things that needed to be done, such as, inspections and scheduling.
When we finally settled on our “perfect house”, I told Jillian she could write a book about our experience in house hunting. She just smiled

We happen to meet Jillian in one of the open houses in our neighborhood. Who knew we would end up buying a new house through her. We told Jillian our budget and the area that we were looking to buy and Jillian immediately went to work. She was in a constant communication with us, sending us the latest listings in the area, and scheduling appointments for us walk through the houses. Jillian has a great knowledge of the North Dallas housing market. She understood exactly what we were looking for in a new house and was able to negotiate with many builders to get us our price. There must be hundreds of houses that we had seen with her. She was always happy to show us the next house( and the next, next, next) ? till the end. We were amazed how patient she was showing us these many houses, sometimes 12 hours a day. Because of Jillian’s hard work we are in our dream house!!
